Responsibilities

• Manages manpower requisition evaluations and sourcing for roles
• Coordinates with requisitioning departments for quick turnarounds
• Conducts training needs analysis and coordinates with providers
• Develops career paths and maintains skills databases for decision making
• Supports performance appraisal processes and salary adjustment analyses
• Executes other HR projects and special studies as assigned
• Drafts letters and handles ad hoc duties
