CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Reserve Officer to cover Branch Service Head or Branch Operations Head duties during gaps, and to step in as a Service Associate or Teller as needed.

The role requires strong cash management and deposit operations skills, solid knowledge of branch policies, and the ability to supervise staff. Willingness to be assigned across districts is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• Extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
• Willing to be assigned at Butuan City
• Amendable to be assigned in different areas within the district.
