• Customer-service oriented and able to supervise people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Support Branch Head in marketing and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and related operations.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop branch staff through supervision and training.
