Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of branch banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Branch Channel Manager, Branch Service Officer, Customer Advisor, or Teller across operations.
• Conduct spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI; ensure compliance and controls.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent operational lapses in branches.
