Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to serve as a universal operations support officer across branches in Antique. You will act as a manpower pool, filling temporary vacancies and delivering quality service to clients, including spot-checking CIV, ATM, and cash items.

You will back up BCM, BSO, CA, and Teller in service operations and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of branch banking operations experience.
• In-depth knowledge of branch operations and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Strong risk management and customer orientation.
• Good judgment, interpersonal and human relations skills, selling and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be a relieving pool within Antique.

Responsibilities

• Relieve BCM, BSO, CA, or Teller to maintain service operations, credit and control, and branch support.
• Perform spot-checking on CIV, ATM-CIV, and cash items; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent lapses/exceptions in any branch.
