Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in branch banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing – Approves branch transactions within approval limit and endorses/ secures approval for transactions beyond authority.
• Operations, Control and Risk Management - Maintains an acceptable level of branch operations in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service - Manages the overall customer experience in the branch to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• People Management – Leads and supervises branch staff; promotes engagement and growth opportunities for branch personnel.
