• Inventory management both for MCs and Spare parts
• Business facilities and equipment monitoring
• Logistics requirements
• Administrative functions over direct reports
• Career plotting proposals for subordinates
• Handling customer grievances beyond the discretion or authority of Branch Managers concerned.
• Continuing background investigation and monitoring of all subordinates.
• Participate in interview with potential applicants for any branch-level position.
• Train, coach and motivate staff within area of assignment.
• Oversee and ensure implementation of company policies and regulations.
