• Monitor Spare Parts business and inventory for motorcycles and parts.
• Manage facilities, equipment, logistics, and administrative functions over direct reports.
• Develop career plotting proposals for subordinates and handle customer grievances beyond branch manager discretion.
• Conduct ongoing background checks and monitoring of all subordinates.
• Provide administrative oversight through recruitment, selection, development, and supervision of staff.
• Participate in interviews for branch-level positions.
• Train, coach and motivate staff within the area of assignment.
• Oversee implementation of company policies and regulations.
