Job summary

In collaboration with the Branch Manager, the role plans, organizes, controls, and oversees staff duties, enforcing strict control measures to minimize losses and penalties while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures avoidance of losses by strict adherence to internal/regulatory policies and control mechanisms.
• Improves audit rating by enforcing internal controls in processing all branch transactions.
• Aims to maximize customer retention by efficient servicing of branch transactions.
• Coordinates with the Branch Manager to plan and oversee personnel duties within authorities.
