Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational flow and service delivery at the branch.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with branch policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Resolve operational queries and customer complaints; escalate incidents as needed.
• Manage cash and branch CIV; ensure adequate cash for clients and ATMs; maintain uptime.
• Maintain security: keys, alarm systems, and authorized access to branch premises.
• Plan and implement job rotation and cross-posting within policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
