Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and supervision of branch operations and service delivery.
• Resolve operational queries and customer complaints at branch level; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash flow, ensure adequate cash for clients and ATMs, and monitor CIV.
• Maintain branch security: keys, alarms, and access control; ensure proper premises protocols.
• Plan job rotation and cross-posting of branch personnel in line with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
