• Ensures avoidance of monetary losses by enforcing internal and regulatory policies and control mechanisms.
• Contributes to the Branch's audit performance by applying internal control measures in all branch transactions.
• Contributes to customer retention by ensuring competent and efficient servicing of customer transactions.
• In coordination with the Branch Manager, plans, organizes, and oversees the functional assignments of all personnel.
