Qualifications

• College graduate of any business course.
• At least 3 years banking experience in a supervisorial capacity in branch operations.
• Good leadership skills and willingness to develop and train subordinates.
• Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
• Ensure observance of the bank's code of conduct and policies.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations of the bank and other regulatory agencies.
