About the role

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is seeking a Branch Operation Associate to join our dynamic sales and new business development team. Based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our branch operations and driving new business growth. As a Branch Operation Associate, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth day-to-day operations whilst actively contributing to the identification and development of new business opportunities. This role bridges operational excellence with sales growth, ensuring that our branch functions efficiently whilst maintaining a strong pipeline of new business prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of daily branch operations to ensure seamless functionality and maximum productivity

• Assist in identifying, qualifying and nurturing new business leads and opportunities within assigned territories or sectors

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to new business development activities, including proposals, contracts and client information

• Conduct preliminary client research and market analysis to support sales and business development initiatives

• Liaise between clients, internal teams and management to facilitate effective communication and progress on new business opportunities

• Support the scheduling of meetings, presentations and client interactions for the sales team

• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, sales activities and new business pipeline status

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at expanding our market presence and client base

• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and client interactions in our management systems

• Provide administrative support to branch management and the sales team as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales support, operations coordination or new business development roles, preferably within a marketing, sales or business services environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, with the capacity to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also working independently with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of the marketing or sales industry is advantageous

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in sales and business development practices
