Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably within sales/marketing/business development.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data entry accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch operations.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and client interactions for the sales team.
• Maintain records and databases of sales activities and client information.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

• Manage branch resources including inventory and facilities.
