Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) Tanauan Branch is seeking a driven branch banking professional to contribute to deposit growth and profitability targets by attracting new and existing customers and by promoting the bank's products.

You will handle cross-selling of loans, cards, and other services; ensure high customer retention through excellent service; conduct deposit interviews; participate in daily huddles and branch meetings; and support leadership as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• With almost 2-3 years branch banking, marketing and leads management experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates growth in deposits by attracting new and existing customers.
• Conducts cross-selling of corollary products and services (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Ensures high retention of customers through efficient service and multiple product availments.
• Interviews walk-in depositors and ensures proper customer acceptance procedures and documentation.
• Participates in daily huddles, weekly sales dialogues, and monthly branch meetings.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the BM, Area Head, Division Head or Head of Branches.

• Conducts cross-selling of the Bank's corollary products and services, such as but not limited to commercial and consumer loans, credit cards, etc.
• Ensures high retention of existing customers by developing stickiness, particularly through efficient service and multiple product availments.
• Interviews walk-in depositors. Ensures compliance with proper customer acceptance procedures and documentation, whether on solicited or walk-in customers.
• Participates and actively shares his ideas during regular daily huddles, weekly sales dialogues, and monthly branch meetings.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the BM, Area Head, Division Head or Head of Branches, from time to time.
