The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch employees, monitoring daily operations, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch.
Ensure that branch sales and operational targets are consistently achieved.
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor branch sales, expenses, inventory, and other operational requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular coaching and performance monitoring of team members.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding branch concerns, reports, staffing, and other operational matters.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the branch.
Monitor the proper handling and safekeeping of cash and company property.
Prepare and submit required branch reports accurately and on time.
Identify operational concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field is preferred.
With at least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in wellness, spa, beauty, hospitality, retail, or service-related industries.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
