Job summary

Scottland Wellness, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations staff and ensure performance targets set by management are achieved.

You will ensure adherence to company policies, foster positive relations with guests and clients, promote products and campaigns, and drive sales strategies while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is based at Ayala Malls Vertis North and requires leadership and a sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism or related field.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in beauty & wellness or spa industry.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Sales oriented mindset; familiar with spa regulations, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensures policies and procedures are implemented and followed by branch employees.
• Maintains positive relations with contacts, guests, potential clients, and team members to expand networks.

• Conducts pre-operations checks for cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch.
• Ensures customer service excellence is maintained by all employees.
• Responds promptly to major guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Ensures that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times by branch employees.

• Maintains positive relations with all contacts, guests, potential clients, and team members in order to expand the branch’s pool of networks.

• Responsible in promoting and marketing the company’s products and services, campaigns, retail, etc.

• Recommends sales and promotional strategies for the branch in order to achieve target.

• Conducts pre-operations checking to ensure that cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the branch is achieved.

• Ensure that customer service excellence is exercised in the branch by all employees at all times.

• Responses immediately to any major guest concern to ensure that guest satisfaction and retention is achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism or any related course

• At least 2 years of working experience in managerial role within beauty & wellness or Spa Industry

• Strong leadership skills and People Management

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Sales oriented mindset

• Familiarity with Spa regulations, health and safety standards, best practices

• Trustworthy and with strong communication and negotiating skills

• Can start immediately

• This position will be assigned in Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City.
