Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of branch sales targets
Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and local visibility
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and programs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engagement and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with accounting and cashiering procedures, including accurate sales reporting and daily deposits
Monitor and manage inventory, including stock replenishment and proper documentation
Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports on time
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in service, cleanliness, safety, and security
Ensure all equipment and machines are operational; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed
Maintain adequate stock levels for both retail and clinic use
