The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, a strong grasp of branch operations, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• With 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge in sales, inventory, and branch operations.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when needed, plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth execution across daily business functions. This position focuses heavily on optimizing inventory workflows, coordinating logistics, and maintaining strict adherence to company operational policies.
