Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in Rizal is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the branch, drive growth and profitability, and supervise a team of sales associates.

You will ensure efficient completion of duties and maintain excellent client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting daily operational assessments, managing production and releases, implementing sales plans, and reporting branch performance to leadership, while addressing client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in branch operations with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Marketing knowledge and product/industry awareness is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the branch operations and a team of sales associates to ensure the effective completion of their duties and responsibilities.

• Conduct daily operational assessments to ensure branch growth and efficiency.

• Oversee daily production and releases, providing regular updates on the branch's operational status.

• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure delivery of quality service.

• Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.

• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or other related course is a plus.

• At least four (2) years of work-related experience in branch operations, in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Work experience in a lending/financing company is an advantage but not required.

• Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge.

• Capable to solve amicably client's / client's complaints.

• Highly persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical.
