Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a team, and drive growth in a fast-paced financial services environment. The role requires strong leadership, marketing acumen, and excellent stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing and at least four years in branch operations, with two years in a managerial capacity. The position may require travel for training and external meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations and manages subordinates to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
• Conducts daily operation assessments to drive branch growth.
• Monitors daily production and branch status updates.
• Maintains strong client and employee contact to ensure quality service.
• Plans, creates and implements programs for branch staff and clients.
• Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes reports for superior review.
• Leads marketing saturation drives and maintains partnerships with loan consultants and partners.
• Implements business plans from Marketing Group and delivers marketing activities within budget.
• Reports branch performance regularly to immediate superior.
• Performs final checks on loan applications, credit memos and loan documents.
• Handles customer complaints escalated by staff and represents branch at meetings.
• Assists with other work-related duties as assigned.

Job description

• Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.
• Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status.
• Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
• Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
• Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes Report and submits to Immediate Superior.
• Spearheads marketing saturation drives.
• Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
• Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
• Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
• Reports regularly the performance of branches to the Immediate Superior.
• Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
• Handles client complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.
• Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course is a plus.
• With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity
• Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
• Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
• Capable to solve amicably customer’s/client’s complaints
• Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
• Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks.
