• Verify accuracy of store forms.
• Ensure stock ordering and inventory management.

• Handle scheduling and timekeeping.
• Keep stations clean and organized.
• Evaluate BOH and FOH supervisors.
• Train supervisors to meet company standards.
• Motivate staff to achieve best performance.
• Ensure sales and production quotas are fulfilled.
• Manage store cash and revolving fund.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
