Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of Business or Hospitality.
• At least two years of experience managing one branch/establishment.
• Able to schedule personnel and conduct inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and drive attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Communicate and implement department goals in the branch.
• Ensure proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day staff operations and branch activities.
• Maintain supervision and service standards; provide resources for staff.
• Achieve guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and needs.
• Forecast orders and maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
