Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in Makati is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy food establishment. You will drive branch sales, supervise staff, and ensure proper kitchen standards and high service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of branch experience, strong leadership, and expertise in POS and inventory reporting. This role requires a college background in Business or Hospitality and a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment.
• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
• Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen.
