Job summary

A leading automotive firm is seeking a Sales Manager in Tarlac City to oversee sales initiatives and drive performance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, possess key sales abilities, and preferably have a background in the automotive industry. This full-time position requires 2-4 years of related experience and a willingness to travel. Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Recommend product enhancements to improve satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies and analyze results.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas.
• Monitor costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Recruit, select, and train sales staff.
• Counsel and discipline sales staff as needed.
• Attend educational workshops to maintain knowledge.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the sales team.
• Provide support for sales associates.
• Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
