Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of branch sales targets
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and local visibility
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and programs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engagement and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with accounting and cashiering procedures, including accurate sales reporting and daily deposits
• Monitor and manage inventory, including stock replenishment and proper documentation
• Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports on time
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in service, cleanliness, safety, and security
• Ensure all equipment and machines are operational; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed
• Maintain adequate stock levels for both retail and clinic use
• Supervise and support branch personnel to ensure efficient staffing and performance
• Monitor administrative requirements, including permits, payroll documents, and internal reports
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Logistics, and other departments for operational needs
• Represent the company in official functions and perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field
• • At least 2–3 years of experience in retail, wellness, spa, or clinic operations (supervisory/managerial experience is an advantage)
• • Proven track record in sales achievement and customer service excellence
• • Strong background in sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• • Knowledge of basic accounting, cash handling, and inventory management
• • Excellent leadership and team management skills
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• • Proficient in MS Office and/or sales and inventory systems
• • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
• • Experience in the wellness, skincare, or aesthetic industry is an advantage
