JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting, leading, coaching, mentoring, and counseling staff for the direct implementation and achievement of long-range annual sales, direct market contribution, and market share objectives of products and services by overseeing general sales operations, business development, and promotional activities in close coordination with Area Managers.

Ensure overall performance of existing and new products/services in terms of sales revenues, sales volume, distribution, merchandising (branch appearance), expense management, and bottom line profitability consistent with company policies and procedures. Required to operate on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives, and budgets.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate of any four-year business course, preferably Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Management
• Knowledge of the motorcycle business
