Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Cebu City to lead daily clinic operations and deliver exceptional patient service.

You will supervise the branch team, ensure high standards, manage schedules, and drive sales through outstanding service and referrals. Onsite work is required across clinics, with a focus on operational excellence and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the service industry.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow.
• Drive branch sales through customer retention, referrals, and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Patient Care Management protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the clinic.
• Monitor clinic equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performing team.
• Prepare branch reports, manage schedules, monitor attendance, and oversee office supply requirements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Physician and Operations team to achieve branch objectives.
