Belo Medical Group is seeking a Patient Care Specialist for its Makati clinic. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring patients receive friendly, efficient service from arrival through checkout.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating with doctors, maintaining patient records, and supporting promotional events and administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment in Greenbelt, Makati City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or aesthetic clinics.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Greenbelt, MakatiCity.

• Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
