Job summary

Belo Medical Group in Manila is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, lead a team, ensure exceptional patient service, and drive business goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the service industry, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This onsite role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining standards, and collaborating with Medical and Operations teams to achieve branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the service industry
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow.
• Drive branch sales through customer retention, referrals, and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Patient Care Management protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the clinic.
• Monitor clinic equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performing team.
• Prepare branch reports, manage schedules, monitor attendance, and oversee office supply requirements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Physician and Operations team to achieve branch objectives.
