Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall operations, administration, and performance of the branch
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, BSP regulations, and internal controls
• Leads, motivates, and develops branch personnel to achieve performance targets
• Develops and implements marketing and sales plans for loans, deposits, and other banking products
• Monitors branch performance and prepares regular reports on operations and results
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities and improve branch growth
• Acts as public relations officer within the branch's local community
• Ensures effective collection of past due accounts and management of acquired assets
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance, updates, and concerns
• Evaluates staff performance and recommends promotions, training, or disciplinary actions
• Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all required reports
• Maintains proper upkeep, security, and safety of branch facilities and equipment
• Oversees compliance with audit findings and ensures corrective actions are implemented
• Handles client concerns and ensures high-quality customer service delivery
• Oversees ATM operations (if applicable)
• Ensures achievement of branch sales targets and operational goals
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
