Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a Branch Manager to drive deposit targets and profitability through effective team leadership and cost control. You will spearhead cross-selling of loans, credit cards, and other services while ensuring high customer retention through superior service and product uptake.

You will head branch operations, ensure adherence to policy and regulatory standards, and manage staff rotation and leaves.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 7 years branch banking and people management experience.
• Ability to lead a branch unit and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spearheads cross-selling of corollary products and services (loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Ensures high customer retention through excellent service and multiple product availments.
• Oversees branch operations to align with Bank policies and regulatory requirements, including customer acceptance and documentation.
• Implements and schedules job rotation and mandatory leaves in line with Bank policies.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Area Head, Division Head or Head of Branches.
