Job summary

TRB Cebu City is seeking a Branch Business Head to lead the Branch Banking Division in delivering service excellence and growth. You will oversee marketing, deposit generation, and adherence to policies while building strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the Branch Banking Division Head, you will supervise branch staff, ensure compliance with BSP and internal controls, and drive profitability and quality of accounts through strategic direction and effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of the Branch to attain overall objectives and targets set by Management
• Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as BSP and all other applicable government rules and regulations
• Markets the products and services of the bank
• Implements service standards set by Management in order to offer the best service to the customers to foster continued Branch Patronage and Bank loyalty while establishes and maintains good business relations with the clients of the bank
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
