Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations (e.g., Certified Branch Manager, AML Certification) are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive banking experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial/supervisory role within branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and branch profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets for deposits, loans, and other products.
• Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive multi-product sales while maintaining high service quality.
• Expand client base by networking with local businesses and communities to attract new customers.
• Improve customer experience by analyzing market trends and adapting product offerings to customer needs.
• Mentor and develop branch staff to achieve performance and sales objectives while upholding bank values.
