The ideal candidate has extensive banking experience, a proven sales track record, and strong leadership in people development, risk management, and branch performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or related post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of banking experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Experience in overseeing full branch operations, including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and other key products.
• Deepen customer engagement with multi-product sales strategies and cross-selling opportunities.
• Expand client base by networking with local businesses and community organizations.
• Enhance customer experience to drive profitability by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to inform decisions and manage risks.
• Increase operational efficiency by optimizing workforce productivity and branch processes.
• Foster customer retention by maintaining strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
• Mentor and develop branch personnel, upholding integrity and the bank’s core values.
