About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head/ Officer-in-Charge to lead our operations in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position based at our Davao branch, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong community relationships. As Branch Head/Officer-in-Charge, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the branch, overseeing all banking operations, and fostering a culture of superior customer service and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal guidelines
• Develop and implement branch-level strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community stakeholders to enhance the bank's reputation and market presence
• Monitor financial performance, manage branch budgets, and ensure cost efficiency and profitability

• Ensure excellent customer service standards and address customer concerns and complaints promptly

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in retail banking, with at least 2–3 years in a branch management or leadership role
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, and operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
• Willingness to relocate or be based in Davao City, Davao del Sur
