Branch Head

About You and the Role

As Branch Head, you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands‑on management to ensure your branch meets — and exceeds — its business goals. You’ll lead a committed team toward service excellence, operational integrity, and sustainable growth, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Lead your branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
• Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch‑level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (BSP and other governing agencies).
• Ensure efficient branch operations — from risk management and internal controls to day‑to‑day upkeep and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve their full potential and align with the company’s mission and values.
