The Branch Head for our Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit is responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. He/ She develops long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers feedback as well as obtains data/information with regard to market environment, client needs and competition.

Competenze

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Exhibited ability to implement effective marketing strategies.

Mansioni

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the Bank's goals in funds generation, credit services and other products and profitability targets.
• Oversees the overall servicing of the branch including administrative controls and compliance of branch products, services, policies, procedures and controls of Branch Officers and staff.
• This role will continue to have oversight on Branch Marketing and Operations.
