Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a seasoned leader to head branch operations, drive cross-selling of loans, cards, and other services, and ensure strong deposit growth and profitability. You will manage teams, retain customers through superior service, and enforce regulatory compliance across all branch activities.

The role requires a 4-year degree and about 7 years of branch banking and people management experience, with a focus on operational excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Cross-sell a range of bank products to existing customers.
• Drive high customer retention through superior service and product utilization.
• Lead branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Set and monitor targets for deposits and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Spearheads cross-selling of corollary products and services.
• Ensures high retention of existing customers by developing stickiness, particularly through efficient service and multiple product availments.
• As overall head of the unit, ensures that the operations of the branch is consistently in accordance with the Bank’s and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper implementation and scheduling of the Bank’s policies on job rotation and mandatory leaves.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Area Head, Division Head or Head of Branches, from time to time.
