Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the assigned branch, achieve growth, and safeguard assets through disciplined operations, credit oversight, and policy compliance. You will develop a high‑performing team, monitor borrower performance, and build strong relationships with clients and community partners to drive market expansion.

Travel within the area and field visits are expected to support portfolio expansion, risk management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch operations, lending, microfinance, banking, collections, or related financial services.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Proven experience managing field-based teams and achieving operational or sales targets.
• Experience in collections, portfolio management, credit operations, or related areas.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and targets.
• Drive borrower growth, portfolio quality, collections, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and operational standards and safeguard assets.
• Lead and develop Assistant Branch Managers and Loan Officers.
• Conduct field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and support business plans.
• Build relationships with clients, community leaders, and stakeholders.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits and risk controls.
