Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is required.
• Master’s degree or post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• AML/KYC, Risk and Compliance certifications are preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of branch banking operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisor/officer role.
• Experience with approvals, teller and new accounts supervision, transaction monitoring, and audit/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop CSR capabilities.
• Support achievement of business and profitability targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain operational accuracy and leverage technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage queue, ATM/CAM/CRM oversight and ensure proper risk controls.
