Qualifications

• A college graduate of Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Over 3 years experience in sales and collection.
• Proven experience in branch management or leadership in financial services.
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CRM software proficiency and data analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements.
• Oversees safety and security of facilities, properties, and personnel; and availability /inventory and maintenance of office equipment and supplies and takes necessary corrective action/s.
• Administratively manage all branch personnel.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the branch.
