Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head to lead the branch's profitability, marketing, operations, and administration while developing long-term client relationships. You will oversee branch servicing, including over-the-counter and ATM, and drive funds generation and credit services to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in branch operations and strong managerial skills, with mobility to cover Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Willing to move within the covered area: Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain goals and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
