Qualifications

3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.

Responsibilities

Lead your branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch‑level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
