Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role within a retail banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including deposit and lending activities
• Familiarity with banking regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage a team

Responsibilities

• Performs periodic review of branches and unit operations to ensure alignment with policies and procedures
• Reviews progress on previous Audit, Compliance and BCAU findings for sustained compliance
• Assesses high-risk customer accounts and ensures data accuracy and documentation completeness
• Monitors branch documentation completion and reports status to leadership
• Supports Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Risk Management and BSP Audit engagements
• Keeps updated on industry regulations impacting branches
• Performs additional Branch Operations Group responsibilities as assigned
• Executes Bank Continuity Plans as approved by Branch Operations Group Head
