Job summary

China Banking Corporation (CBC) is seeking a Channel Manager to drive branch operations and lead a team focused on accuracy, professionalism, and client service. You’ll enable staff to understand and promote CBC products while achieving branch goals.

Reporting to the Branch Head, you’ll collaborate with tellers, officers, and support teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service daily. Experience in branch banking and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
Strong persuasion and marketing skills with client-facing experience.
Solid grasp of compliance requirements and ability to ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory standards, and operational controls.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and over-the-counter transactions across currencies and collateral.
Guide and support branch staff to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
Drive marketing and sales by cross-selling products and positioning offerings to meet client needs.
Coordinate with other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes and consistent service quality.
