Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Branch Banking Operations at supervisory level.
• Knowledge of general banking laws, branch management, and people management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and balance productivity with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch operations across all service channels and ensure standards.
• Screen and onboard clients per KYC guidelines to validate purpose and documents.
• Support in-branch sales, cross-sell products, and address inquiries to grow client base.
• Oversee vault handling, keys, and password security per bank policy.
• Coach channel staff on regulations and procedures during clinics, huddles, and training.
