Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Channel Manager to supervise the daily operations, administration, and control in our branches, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery while supporting marketing activities.

The BCM will ensure adherence to banking laws, internal policies, and service standards; coach branch staff; oversee KYC onboarding; manage vault security; and drive in-branch sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/banking or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in branch banking operations at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge of general banking laws, branch management, and people management.
• Ability to communicate effectively, elicit teamwork and commitment, and balance productivity with compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations, administration and control across channels.
• Screen and onboard prospective clients per KYC guidelines.
• Support in-branch sales activities and cross-selling of bank products.
• Ensure proper vault handling, key and password security as per policy.
• Coach staff on regulations and MORB during clinics and huddles to drive knowledge and improvement.
