Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Branch Associate in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan to ensure timely processing of delivery documents and requirements, and to resolve logistics issues in coordination with departments.

You will support releasing and recording, monitor trucks and drivers, process delivery proofs, and help with payment reconciliation and sales reporting while adhering to 7S/warehouse standards. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments and adapt quickly to the work environment.
• Fresh graduates with any work experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper releasing, recording, and system updates for released and returned accountable booklets.
• Monitor allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
• Process proof of delivery, sales invoice, and government permits.
• Maintain 7S rules in the Warehouse and submit reports on time.
• Take customer orders and pull out damaged items as needed.
• Handle payment reconciliation and timely submission of sales reports.

About the Role

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of delivery documents and requirements. In addition to that, you will resolve logistics-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensuring proper releasing, recording, and system updates for released and returned accountable booklets.
• Monitoring allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
• Processing of proof of delivery, sales invoice, and government permits.
• Sustaining 7S rules in the Warehouse premises and on-time submission of reports.
• Taking customer orders and is responsible for pulling out damaged items.
• Handling payment reconciliation and on-time submission of sales reports.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
• At least one (1) year of work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication, planning, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments, and quickly adapt to the work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained.
